Kap-Lan kebab productions has four highly advanced production locations. Besides our headquarters in Provinzstraße 21 in Berlin, we produce our supply of goods in Brandenburg, Hamburg and the Netherlands. Our production halls are equipped with the latest EDP-supported machines and refrigerators
and meet not only the EU standards, but also our own quality standards. For us, quality starts with the reception of goods: We receive our goods only from well-known halal certified meat suppliers and check the deliveries on a daily basis.
Our company has been halal certified by the IZM (Islamic Centre of Munich) and IHAC (International Halal Assessment Committee). Furthermore, we use our own HACCP concept and produce groceries which are healthwise credible. As we stick to the named measures as well as to strict hygienic examinations and regulations during the process of production,
we can guarantee best quality to our worldwide customers. In 2014 we were honoured by the DLG for long-term product quality, already in 2004 we received the golden DLG award for our kebab production.
